I received a certificate for the activation of the 3A90IARU special callsign dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the IARU (http://www.iaru.org/).
To obtain the award “90 years IARU” you need to have 30 confirmed contacts with jubilee special stations with suffix ** IARU (eg 3A90IARU, HF90IARU, PA90IARU, etc.) or other special stations whose work is devoted to the 90th anniversary of the IARU.
The diploma is issued by the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU) and is issued for QSOs with jubilee stations ** 90IARU from 10 different countries, members of IARU.
QSOs valid in the period from Jan 1, 2015 to Dec 31, 2015 for all permitted amateur bands (160m, 80m, 40m, 30m, 20m, 17m, 15m, 12m, 10m, 6m, 2m, 70cm) any mode (Mixed, CW, Phone, Digital)
You can find the logbooks of those specials station here : http://iaru90.hamlogs.net/
Thanks, great article.
Such a big help. Seeing your swr plots gave me confidence in my MFJ-1796 tuning. My plots are almost identical to yours, including the somewhat strange results on 2 and 6 meters. My only difference is that I don’t have even the slightest dip on 10 meters. I have checked absolutely everything several times. The connections are good, the coils have the correct number of turns, the spokes are correct… Alas, I shall find the problem…
THANKS AGAIN, THE EFFORT YOU PUT INTO THIS IS VERY APPRECIATED.
NOTE: I have the same transceiver as you, and will soon get it on the air.
